EMS maintains a Quality Assurance program designed to ensure that all nuclear safety related work performed by EMS conforms to the requirements of ASME Section III, Division 1 and Division 2 Codes, Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements and Federal Regulations governing design, procurement, construction, testing, operation, maintenance and modification of nuclear power generating stations. The Quality Assurance Manual and the Quality Assurance Procedures Manual comply with the applicable provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B; 10 CFR Part 21; ANSI/ASME NQA-1 (1994) and other client-imposed specifications. Client specific documentation requirements can be incorporated into EMS work processes to facilitate complete compliance with client unique Quality Assurance Program documentation requirements. Our Quality Assurance Program has been reviewed and approved in a NUPIC Audit for providing Consulting Engineering Services. We are currently an approved supplier for Exelon, Detroit Edison Company, EPRI, Engine Systems, Inc., and others in the nuclear power industry. |
